Mrs. Vachari said that the “Blue Flag” campaign is set to offer ‘quality’ ready food with reasonable portion and price of THB25-30 per serving to consumers.
Under this campaign, the Internal Trade Department plans to open as many as 8,000 “Blue Flag” food shops across Thailand, with 1,000 in Bangkok and nearby provinces alone.
She said that, so far, 720 shops have been opened in Greater Bangkok area and some 3,500 of them are operational throughout the country.
