PATTAYA – June 30, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Thanadech Duangtapiyachai, Pattaya police station was notified about a traffic accident near the flyover at Soi Sukhumvit, Pattaya 13 opposite to Chonjan Pattaya hotel.

At accident scene the police found two pickup trucks, a Toyota Vigo 4-door extra cab, blue color, license number KOR WOR-412 Chonburi and a Isuzu truck, white color, license number BOR THOR-5847 Chonburi.
One the sidewalk a Honda Civic, dark grey color, license number KOR KHOR 4024 Chonburi. The body of the Civic driver, a Thai man age 30-40 violently thrown out of his car and into the door of the shop house. The man was killed instantly. His identity is still unknown.

The ten injured passengers were taken to Bangkok Pattaya hospital and Banglamung hospital. Four of them were severely injured.
Upon investigation the police found out that in the Honda Civic there were four passengers. In the Toyota Vigo, one driver and one passenger. In the Isuzu, there were four persons.
The police will investigate the accident further and interview all of the injured to find the real cause of accident.
