PATTAYA – June 27, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Capt. Watcharachai Muaymun, Banglamung police station was notified about a robbery and rape under Nong Preu bridge Baan Nong Preu Banglamung, Chonburi province.
At the scene of the incident the police found only the motorbike a Yamaha model TTX, black color, no license plate. The bike was over turned. A pair of black slippers were found next to the Yamaha.
The local people said that, before incident occurred they saw a good looking lady boy riding a motorbike followed by the suspect also on a motorbike. When the lady boy saw the locals he screamed for help telling them he had been raped by the man who was following him.

The locals tried to help the lady boy and they chased the suspect by car and hit his bike. The suspect fell off the bike and ran into the forest.

The local people didn’t dare to follow the suspect into the forest.
The victim, the lady boy said that he was robbed at knife point and raped by the suspect in the forest.
The suspect threatened lady boy that if would tell anyone he would be killed. Thereafter the victim asked the locals for help and went home without waiting for the police.
The police arrived and asked the witness about the incident and searched for the suspect in the forest but no avail since it was too dark.

The police seized the suspects motorbike and found under the seat a mobile mobile phone charger, ear phone, black glasses, women’s make up kit and a identity card bearing the name: Mr. Somsak Jitsuphap, age 34, address Saensuk, Amphur Muang, Chonburi province.
It is still not clear whether the owner of the identity card is the suspect and the alleged rapist.
The police could still not contact the lady boy, the victim since he had disappeared after the incident.
The police is waiting to see the lady boy in order to let him identify the rapist on the identity card.
