The police told Mr.Thitipan that they had found his car parked in front of JW Boulevard condominium in Bangkok. Mr.Thitipan arrived at to JW Boulevard and confirmed that this is his car. The registration plate had been replaced by a red plate; the tax bill sticker was removed, along with other stickers on the windshield.
Mr.Thitipan tried to open the car with a spare key but to no avail. A locksmith arrived and opened the car.
“I am happy that I got my car back, even though the thief is still at large. I think that the criminal might know me because he went straight to the car while it was parked in front of the hotel.” Mr.Thitipan said.
The police interrogated Mr.Chuchart Kaeotrapan, the security guard of the JW Boulevard condominium, who was on duty.
The security guard said that he remember seeing two suspects in the car, one of them 170 cms tall, as they drove into the condominium at 02:18 on June 24. The CCTV was able to capture the suspects but they were too far from the camera.
