Throughout June, our Flames’ Chef will present special shark meat attack menu such as;

shark cocktail with ripe yellow mango, avocado, macadamia nuts and citrus dressing (Baht 220++), grilled in a bell pepper cream soup (Baht 270++), BBQ’d on a skewer served with salad and buffet dish (Baht 420++), a fillet wrapped with Parma ham drizzled in basil oil served with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes (460++).
