PATTAYA – June 14, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Chitdecha Songhong, Pattaya police station was notified by Mr. Samsui Arifin, aged 30, nationality Indonesian that his motorbike, Honda Wave 110, green color, license number KHOR PHOR SOR 480 parked in front of Lotus department store, North Pattaya had been stolen.
The police team searched all over Pattaya until they arrived at Royal Garden department store, South Pattaya where they found the suspect named: Mr. Supphakorn “O” Toomvijit aged 28 address: 25/26 Moo 3, Sattahip, Chonburi riding a Honda Wave 110 motorbike: license plate KHOR PHOR SOR 480 Chonburi province, the bike that Mr. Samsui Arifin had reported stolen. The police detained Mr. Supphakorn and charged him with theft.
Mr. Supphakorn confessed and said that he didn’t intend to steal motorbike, he had only borrowed the motorbike and rode it until the petrol was finished and then he parked it parked by the road so the owner could find it.
Thereafter the police went to his house in Soi Korphai, South Pattaya Moo 10, Banglamung where they found eight motorbikes; Honda Dream 125cc, blue color license number KHOR MOR KOR 736 Chonburi; Yamaha Nuvo, red color, license number KHOR THOR KOR 62 Chonburi; Honda Dream, red color license number KOR KOR BOR 96 Chonburi; Yamaha Fresh, blue-black color, license number KOR SOR KHOR 672 Rayong and Yamaha bronze-blue color, license KOR TOR PHOR 774 Sakaew and three more Honda motorbikes without license plates, totally eight motorbikes.
The police seized all the motorbikes as evidence. A full investigation and prosecution awaits Mr. Suppakorn aka “O” the motorbike thief, who only “borrowed the bikes”
