Bangkok Cabbie Rapes Customer Again “She Wore Shorts “, Says Driver!

Bangkok Police arrested a taxi driver who had raped female passenger. The driver a sex offender who had been released for only three months after having been locked up for five years.

BANGKOK – May 28, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Col. Sitthiparp Baiprasert, Klongtan, police station, reported arresting Mr. Noppadol Tabanrai or “K” age 29. Occupation: taxi driver. He was charged with raping a female passenger.

The Klongtan police station was notified that a woman had been sexually assaulted by cab driver in a blue-red colored, Toyota vehicle, license number THOR NOR-5547 Bangkok. The taxi driver was trying to escape and was detained in the middle of Soi Onnut 17 intersection # 20.

Upon questioning the suspect confessed that he had he picked up the female passenger at 19:00 hrs in front of the Life Complex building Soi Pattanakarn 25, Suanluang Bangkok and was supposed to drive her to Srinakarin road.

The female passengers wore shorts which aroused the taxi driver strongly so he parked the cab on the side of the road and jumped into the back seat and raped the passenger until he’d reached climax.

Thereafter he let passenger leave taxi cab. The driver escaped but was arrested by the police later.

On checking the criminal history of the Mr. “K” it was found that in 2007 he had been accused of raping a Philippine female passenger in his taxi.

The court sentenced him to 12 years imprisonment but since confessed so the court reduced the sentence to be only 5 years. He was released from prison in 2012.

Three months as free man he became intensely horny again, couldn’t control himself and raped a female passenger.

The Bangkok taxi (meter) driver cum rapist will be investigated and prosecuted again – according to the law.
