SATTAHIP – May 3, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Saijai Kamjulla, Sattahip police station, Chonburi province was informed by Mrs. Jamlong or “Jae Kheaw”Janvinij age 67, the owner of a grocery store, address 88/5 Soi Sattahip Sukhumvit 81 (Jamjuree) M6, Tambon Sattahip, Chonburi province that a man entered into her shop and destroyed her property and threatened to kill her.
Pol. Lt. Col. Niphon Pomsanam, and Mr. Nattachai Saengsri, the member of municipality Tambon Khetudomsak 2, Mr. Jaroon Feuancharoen, the village head Moo 6 and a detective police team rushed to scene of the incident. They found Mrs. Jamlong standing in front of the shop, frightened.
The police inspected the shop and found four tree pots broken. The police took photographs as evidence and accompanied the victim to Sattahip police station.
Mrs. Jamlong, the victim, said that the man who came into her shop was Mr. “Tong” age approximately 40, a drug addict.
His wife used to sell goods in front of Mrs. Jamlong’s shop but was arrested for selling amphetamines.
Mr. “Tong” was furious because he thought that Mrs. Jamlong had told the police to arrest his wife.
Mr.Tong used to throw rocks on the roof of her shop and always carry a long knife while walking in front of her shop.
He also tried to beat her and had threaten to kill her. Mrs. Jamlong had to close her shop, escape and live with her relatives upcountry.
She also said that Mr. Nattachai Saengsri, the member of the municipality of Tambon Khetudomsak 2, had pleaded her to come back to open her shop again. He reassured her that the security guards of the village would protect her.
But Mr. Tong came back and started destroying her property and threatened to kill her, again.
If the police can’t arrest Mr. “Tong” she may have to close the shop and move.
Pol. Lt. Col. Niphon Pomsanam, Deputy Superintendent commanded the detective police officers follows up to arrest this trouble maker.
