Italian Chef Alberto Bruni has them flown directly to Acqua for this month’s menu. He has created a variety of recipes to serve them; with fettucine and ham (THB 490++), wrapped in Parma ham (THB 750++), served with Dover Sole Gratine (THB 890++) and saffon cream sauce in a Hollandaise salsa with grilled Australian Wagyu beef (THB 1,690++). “Acqua” restaurant brings the Italian ‘dolce vita’ to the bay area, enjoy typical Italian hospitality in a friendly atmosphere. Come early to sip a glass of our selected Italian wines and watch the sunset on the balcony, then savor the Italian cuisine prepared by Chef Alberto Bruni our Italian Chef. We present a wonderful Antipasto selection, from ingredients exclusively imported from Italy. Our pasta is hand made from the finest durum what flour. Our breads are bake fresh and our EVOO Foccaccia is to dying for. Our entrées include tender meats and the freshest local and imported seafood, from which Chef Alberto creates outstanding daily specials.
The restaurant has a large wine cellar which houses some of the finest Italian and International wine selections and it also doubles as an elegant private room for that special party.
