PATTAYA – March 28, 2012[PDN]; Pattaya Daily News reporter was asked for assistance from the mother, Mrs. Boonjong Promla age 31, from Borthong, Chonburi province, an employee of a car spare parts factory under Sahaphat group. At present she lives nearby the factory.
Her son Suphakorn Kaewsawang “Ohm” a boy age 3 months, was born on December 29, 2012, birth weight 3.8 kg.The mother said that before her son was born she went to see the doctor accordingly, the doctor checked the heart beat and told her that it was normal.

But after birth the doctor discovered the heart beat, was abnormal and detected a leakage sound.The infant boy was transferred to Chonburi hospital the mother was using her government 30 THB gold card.
After her son was admitted to Chonburi hospital for 2 days with the diagnosis of congenital heart disease resulting in a leakage due to a 6 mm hole in the heart muscle.The doctor said that, there is a chance that the heart muscle will heal itself and close the leakage.After 2 weeks, the boy contracted a fungal disease which affected his lungs.
When her boy “Ohm was aged 1 month, the doctor told her that he was well enough to go back home.But the mother told the doctor to send her son to Chulalongkorn hospital. At “Chula” there was no bed available. She would have to wait.

After 2 weeks her boy “Ohm” got worse and was moved to the paediatric intensive care unit: PICU.Boy “Ohm” was sedated and given diuretics.
The mother, crying, saying that her boy ” Ohm” had been admitted for 2 months 7 days and was getting thinner and thinner. Worse every day. Since she is only an employee at a factory and can not afford the proper medical care for baby boy.Therefore she would like to ask for assistance from the good minded people.
