Pattaya Pervet On CCTV Taking “Upskirt” Pix at 7-Eleven

Pattaya 7-Elven CCTV footage showed images of a man taking pictures under a university student's skirt in front of the cashier.

PATTAYA – March 31, 2012 [PDN]; From the CCTV footage at a 7-Eleven on Third Road, Pattaya near Nong Or temple in Banglamung an unknown Thai man, wearing a black jacket used his mobile phone camera to take photographs under a female university student’s skirt while she was standing behind him in front of the cashier.

Upon investigation Ms. Thitima Yantasri, 4th year student at Chonburi university said that in the morning of March 30 she went to 7-Eleven. As she was waiting to pay for the goods, a man, age circa 30, wearing a black jacket was standing behind her. In the corner of her eye she saw that the man was taking photographs under her skirt.

She asked to see his mobile phone but he refused. Then she tried to grab his phone to have a look but the man resisted and pushed her away violently and rushed out of the convenience store.

The female student reported the incident to Pattaya police in order to have the pervert arrested and prosecuted according to the Thai law. The case is under investigation.
