U.S. Senior Citizen in Pattaya Accused of Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old Girl

The 62-year-old suspect was on the run since September 2011. Now he is under arrest, awaiting trial.

PATTAYA – March 29, 2012 [PDN]; Chonburi officers from the Child and Women Protection Unit arrested Mr.George Edward Webb, 62-years-old American citizen in Banglamung, Pattaya with a arrest warrant issued by Pattaya court # 489/54 on August 3, 2011 concerning abuse of a child under 12-years of age.

According to the police they also arrested Mrs.”Kae” (cover name) the prostitute host, “mama-san” who provided girls to foreign clients in Pattaya. The police interrogated Mrs.Kae about the clients and she said had been providing Mr.Webb with a girl named “Joy” 12-years-old whom he allegedly assaulted many times at his house.

Upon searching in Mr.Webb’s house, the police found five motorcycles and two cars at his house. The police also found sex toys, Viagra tablets & gel and condoms.
