UK Man Caught Having Oral Sex with Boy in a Pattaya Mall Toilet

An British man hired a boy to give him oral sex in the toilet of a department store on Pattaya beach. The retired UK citizen refuses all charges.

PATTAYA – March 9, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Surachok Kangwanwanich Pattaya police station was notified Royal Garden Plaza satff that a foreign a tourist had been detained, charged with public obscenity.

In the male toilet of the Royal Garden Mall, a clerk caught a British citizen, Mr. Kinder Eaward David age 61, with a boy named “A”, age 13.

Mrs. Pranom Tanyos, the cleaning staff of department store said that at the time the incident she was cleaning the floor and saw Mr.Kinder taking a boy into the toilet cubicle. Both of stayed in the toilet for a long time so she called the the security guard to go and check. The guard found the two in the cubicle. The boy performing oral sex on Mr. Kinder.

The security guard of the department store detained Mr.Kinder and notified the police immediately.

Mr. Kinder Eaward David initially refused, saying that, he didn’t do anything obscene with the boy.

Upon investigation the boy: “A” said that, he met and talked to Mr.Kinder in front of Royal Garden Plaza. Moment later Mr. Kinder hired “A” to perform oral sex for 500 THB.

The police arrested Mr. Kinder Eaward David. He will be further investigated and thereafter prosecuted according to the Thai law. Regarding the boy; “A”, the police will co-ordinate the children’s welfare office.
