Pattaya Teen Robs 3 Houses Stolen Loot Worth 100,000 THB

Pattaya, February 21, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Capt. Nitithorn Rattanasuchanan, Pattaya police was notified by Mr. Charn Srisawan age, 25 and Mrs. Sirinart Saraphol age, 54 that a their house had been burglarized and they had lost property valued more than 10,000 THB. They asked the police to arrest the thief.
Later the police team found the thief a 14 year old boy called “A”. He was on the beach near the jet ski rental operators acting suspiciously and spending money extravagantly. The boy was arrested. The police interrogated the boy and he confessed that he had stolen the property. His modus operandi: climbing into the houses through the windows. The cash he stole he spent quickly. The stolen articles, gold rings etc. he took the pawn shop.

After investigating the boy “A” the police searched his house his house at 104 Moo 7, Na Klua, Banglamung, Chonburi.
In the house they found a lot of stolen property. Value: circa 100,000 THB. The following items were found: one gold necklace weight 3 THB, one gold necklace weight 1 THB, one gold necklace weight 0.50 THB, 3 copper bracelets, one golden ring, two gold rings with precious stones, two golden Buddha images, one golden picture of the King’s mother, one pair of earrings and cash 30,000 THB.
The police confiscated all the stolen items. The 14- year-old boy was charged with theft. The boys mother and the grandmother acknowledged the charge.
