Pattaya Cops Nab 2 French Pot Smokers Plus ATM Card Criminal

Pattaya police arrested 2 Frenchmen using cannabis and a third Frenchman who had been arrested for using fake ATM cards and was released under bail.

Pattaya, February 9, 2012 [PDN]: Pol.Lt.Col. Chiddecha Songhong, Pattaya police with his team were notified about two foreigners smoking cannabis near Wicked House Hotel Najomthien beach, Nongprue, Chonburi. The police smelled cannabis and searched the two French nationals: Mr. Malik Zitoni, age 27 and Mr.Frank Israel Amsellem, age 31. Both of them were detained for investigation. Suddenly another French citizen appeared who was identified as Mr.Huachem Ahmed, age 35 years wanted by the French police, who had had sent an indictment regarding passport counterfeiting concerning the suspect, who’s real name is Mr.Raihan Samir, age 42 years old, previously charged for stealing, counterfeiting ATM and credit cards.

 

Mr. Samir had earlier been on trial for using fake ATMs cards in Thailand. Reported loss for the banks in millions of THB.

Upon investigation Mr Samir confessed that he had committed ATM card crimes for his boss in France. Every time he drew money from banks in Thailand he sent 70% to his boss and took 30% as commission.

Mr. Raihan Samir is under investigation.

They are NOT french. They are algerian and hold a (counterfeit?) french passport. THAILAND do us a favor, keep them! and show them what a real jail is!
