Sattahip, February 8, 2012 [PDN]; Mr. Chuchart Onparnnil, age 35 residing at 55/122 Moo 6 Tambon Sattahip, Chonburi province brought Karabuning Onparnnil or ” Lookkaew”, age 7 who had been bitten by a dog on her legs and arms and girl Supannee Kaewkrung or “Prae” age 12 who had a broken arm.

Pol. Lt. Thanasak Prasartthong Sattahip police station was notified that the two girls were playing in front of their house girls and were bitten by two dogs owned by Ms. Arocha Wongsutthirat, age 27 address: 57/141 Moo 6 Tambon, Sattahip, Chonburi province. The girls; Ms. Arocha and Mr. Chuchart were sent to the emergency room of Queen Sirikit hospital and received rabies vaccine accordingly.
After the incident the PDN reporter went to inspect the dog that bit the girls. The canine named Smerf was detained at the back of the house. Upon asking “Lookkaew” she said, that before incident occurred she was playing with “Prae ” in front of the house and suddenly two dogs appeared and attacked them.

She tried to ran away but the dog named Smerf jumped on her and bit her on her arm and legs and when her friend ” Prae ” came to assist her, she was also bitten. Ms. Arocha Wongsutthirat, the owner said that the two dogs were house trained and had never bit anyone before.
February 9, 2012 Ms. Arocha Wongsutthirat the owner of the two dogs apologised and will take full responsible for the all occurred damages. Regarding the two dogs she has contacted with Sattahip municipality canine department.
