Ladyboy entered the room of a foreigner, claiming he was his boyfriend

A ladyboy entered into the room of a German national at night while he was not in the room, claiming that the German guy was his boyfriend but he said he had forgot the room key so he forced the door of the room open. The police didn’t believe him and thought that he wanted to steal property, the officer let the ladyboy try to contact the German but he could not. The owner of the apartment asked the police to arrest and prosecute according to the law.

Pattaya, January 27, 2012 [PDN];At 12.30 a.m. Pol. Sub. Lt. Pallop Ringrod, Pattaya police, Chonburi province was notified from Mr. Sutas Nubto age 27, the security guard of Mind Mansion apartment address 170/2 Soi Central Pattaya 14 Moo 9 Tambon Nong Preu, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province that he had arrested the ladyboy.

When police arrived at the apartment they found Mr. Sutas, the security guard of apartment had arrested Mr. Surachai Laihakot age 25 address 78 Moo 7 Tambon Laohaingarm, Amphur Kuchinarai, Kalasin province, the police searched him but didn’t find anything.

 

Upon questioning Mr. Sutas, the security guard, said that before incident occurred he was checking for security outside apartment and found Mr. Surachai, the ladyboy wanted to enter the apartment but he didn’t have a key card so he opened the door for him but he was in doubt that Mr. Surachai was not the customer that stayed in the apartment because he didn’t have a key card so he asked Mr. Surachai who replied that he is the girlfriend of a German guy that stayed in room number 407 on the 4th floor and they had stayed together for 2 days. Cclaiming that they went out to drink together, he came back alone but he forgot the key of the room. Mr. Sutas followed up him upstairs and saw that Mr. Surachai had already entered into the room by levering the sliding windows and laid down on the bed, Mr. Sutas, the security guard told Mr. Surachai to leave the room because he was afraid that Mr. Surachai would steal property and informed the owner of the apartment.

Initially, the police investigated Mr. Surachai and allowed him to try to contact his German boyfriend and ask the tenant of the room to come back to confirm that Mr. Surachai is his girlfriend and had allowed him to enter his room as Mr. Surachai claimed but Mr. Surachai could not contact his German boyfriend so the police restrained him to check for his history and inspect for drugs and made the accusation of forced entry at night and will prosecute further according to the law.
