At scene of the incident the police found Swiss national: Mr. Iwan Exner age, 49, address 50/526 Moo 5 Pattaya Rungreungg village Tambon Nong Preu, Banglamung, Chonburi province. Inside his house the police found a 0.38 mm pistol with 145 cartridges.
The police had been notified by Mr. Tawatchai Jankhao age 24, and Mrs. Kanokwan Kaewphainok age 30, address 50/525 Moo 5 Pattaya Rungreung village Tambon Nong Preu, Chonburi province. The couple lives near the house of Mr. Exner. Yesterday, Mr. Tawatchai tested his equipment. He is a since he is a karaoke operator he needed to test his loudspeakers.

Mr. Exner reacted and shouted in Thai language: “lower the noise, it’s too noisy” and something in English that Mr. Tawatchai could not understand.
Later, the same day, Mr. Tawatchai tested his equipment again. Mr. Exner lost his temper shot into Mr. Tawachai’s house one round. Mr Tawachai came out and Mr. Exner fired again two times. The bullets hit the windows of Mr Tawachai’s house.
Thereafter Mr. Exner rode his Honda Dream bike license number KOR NOR TOR 105 Chantaburi to the grocery store in the village to drink beer.
The police was notified and went to arrest Mr. Exner.At Mr. Exner’s house the police seized the gun and ammunition.
Mr Exner was brought by Pol. Lt. Col. Suppachat Peammanus to Banglamung police station where Mr. Exner still drunk was smiling and laughing with with the interpreter.

Mr. Exner was charged with:
1. Premeditated murder
2. Bringing a firearm into a public area
3. Illegal use of firearm
4.Destruction of the property of others
5. Importing firearm and ammunition into Thailand without permission.
Mr. Exner also confessed that 9 years ago he smuggled the firearm into Thailand by ship.
Mr.Exner to be investigated at Banglamung police station and to prosecuted according to Thai law.
