Pattaya, December 8, 2011 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Vitsanu Chaisuwan, Pattaya police with help of Civil Defence Volunteers arrived at Laem Balihai, South Pattaya and found two gangs of male teenage bikers and five motorbikes. The bikers when they saw the police rode up the mountain to escape into the public park.
The police in hot pursuit caught them. And they were arrested at Lan Hor. Seven teenage members of two gangs are “Wat Tharm ” gang and “Khao Noi ” gang aged between 16-19 years. The police seized all the motorbikes.

Searching Mr. Yuthana Nilketh aka “Nont Khao Noi” age 19 from 85/5 Moo 5, Banglamung head of ” Khao Noi” gang the police found a home made pistol caliber 12 with two caliber 12 bullets and video clip in his mobile phone that was taken when they tested shooting the pistol in the forest.
The footage was clear, conclusive and was kept as evidence. All the gang members were detained at Pattaya police station.
Upon investigation Mr.Yuthana or ” Nont Khao Noi “said that he had seized the gun from another teenage gang.

And they took the gun to have it tested in the forest but it was very difficult to use, they tested it many times until it could shoot straight.
Thereafter he kept the gun to protect himself from the rival gangs with whom they had quarrelled at Laem Balihai several days ago but before meeting with their rivals, they were arrested by the police.
The police charged Mr. Yuthana or “Nont Khao Noi” for illegal gun possession.The other six fellows who did not attend school were checked regarding their criminal records and their parents were informed to to pick them up.
