[Left pic] On cruises around Koh Chang, the club often stops at Koh Mak island for dinner ashore.
[Right pic] Sailing a yacht around the Koh Chang archipelago has been a favorite event for all club members.
However, in order to insure that those involved with the club get some opportunity to go sailing periodically the club rents large yachts sharing the cost amongst those participating in the particular event. The cost will vary from $50 per person for sailing out to local islands like Koh Larn for the day to $65-$90 per person per day for overnight trips to an island like Koh Samet. On the overnight trips the group usually has breakfasts and lunches aboard the yacht and eats dinners ashore. The primary sailing season in eastern Thailand’s Gulf of Siam is November through April.

For people who get involved in the club there are no dues and all the expenses involved in chartering the yachts are shared by those participating in the events. Periodically the club will sponsor a dinner for past participants in club events and for those interested in learning more about the organization.

The club makes every effort to promote one or two day sails each month from the Pattaya area.
