Pattaya (November 7, 2011)[PDN] Pol. Lt. Col. Anuchet Kartsomboon, Pattaya police station was notified that a foreigner was shot in Soi Jomtien 3 Moo 12 Tambon Nong Preu, Banglamung.
At the crime scene, the injured had been taken to Pattaya Memorial hospital before the police arrived.
In the hospital, the police find the wounded man, Mr. Graeme John Williamson age 53, Australian citizen shot in the chest. The doctor had surgically removed the bullet from his chest.
Upon interrogation Ms. Sineenuch Thanusorn age 26, from Kampaengpetch province, the girl friend of injured Aussie said, before the shooting occurred Mr. Graeme John Williamson and Ms. Sineenuch stayed in room number 115 Interplace Dormitory , Thepprasit road Moo 12 Tambon Nong Preu, Banglamung.
They had purchased crystal amphetamine which they had consumed together but Mr. Williamson still wanted “ya-ice” and told her to get more.
Ms. Sineenuch ordered ya-ice from her friend name “Poo” who stays in a room nearby.
“Poo” called the agent and ordered ya-ice for 2,000 THB. Cash on delivery to Ms. Sineenuch’s room.
When the dealer a Thai guy arrived he did not give them the goods because suspected they were under cover of police drug agents. Setting a trap. So the dealer kicked Ms. Sinenuuch and took out a gun and threatened them while grabbing her mobile phone.
Mr. Graeme John Williamson lying on the bed witnessed everything and tried to help her but was shot twice in the chest by the dealer who escaped after firing the shots.
Immediately after the shooting, she told the staff of the dormitory to call to the police – but the line was busy.
So they waited until the dealer had disappeared and they drove to Soi Jomtien to see their friend and call the police.
Further investigation of Ms Sineenuch and Mr Williamson as soon as Mr Williamson recovers.
The police will soon be able to identify the suspect because the wounded Australian knows the suspect. Pattaya police is on the case expects to arrest the ya-ba dealer, the shooter soonest possible and prosecute him to the full extent of the Thai law.
