Pattaya, October 29, 2011[PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Thanadech Duangtapiyachai, Banglamung police station, Chonburi province was notified of a shooting involving a messenger and a gang of teenagers.
At the Banglamung hospital the police finds the injured named Mr.Paisarn Ronyuth age 28 address: Moo 10 Tambon Kokkrung , Amphur Kangkor, Chaiyaphum province. Mr Paisarn was shot by a gun of unknown caliber in the face, right cheek. The bullet wound required minor surgery and stitching.
Upon questioning Mr. Paisarn (the injured) who works as a messenger at Pattaya 2551 shop behind Wat Nong Yai, Moo 5 Tambon Na Klua, Pattaya said, before the shooting in the evening after finishing work, Mr. Praisarn and his two co-workers walked to buy some food at the market.
On the way his co-workers flirted with a teenage girl riding a motorbike. That made the boyfriend who followed furious. So angry, he shouted and scolded them loudly and Mr. Paisarn felt there is trouble brewing so he grabbed a big piece of hard wood. The teenagers on their motorbikes escaped, but they shouted that they will return.
Then Mr. Paisarn went to buy his food and walked back until he almost arrived at his work place. There he saw that the teenage gang had arrived with reinforcement, five guys on three motorbikes and they were beating his co-workers, Mr.Paisarn tried to help his fellow workers but was shot in his face by one of the teens. Thereafter the gang quickly escaped on their bikes and Mr. Paisarn’s co-workers took him to the hospital.
Mr. Paisarn (the injured) said that he didn’t know the teenage gang. He said the cause of this was his co-workers who got drunk and flirted with the girlfriend a gang member who got so upset he called for more gang members to beat up his co-workers and shoot him in the face. The police is on the case to find the teenage gangs and arrest them.
