Pattaya October 3, 2011[PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Pongsawat Wongwan, Pattaya Police was notified by Mr.Pornkaran Suemrum age 27, address: 135 Moo 1 Tambon Koksaard, Nongbuarahaeng, Chaiyaphum and Mr. Paisal Jantok age 37, address 28 Moo 9 Tambon Baannahingon, Amphur Khemmarat, Ubon Ratchathani province. The ladyboys arrived at the police station with facial injuries and asked for police assistance.
Upon investigation two ladyboys revealed that, before the robbery they were sitting near Pattaya beach in Soi 6, Central Pattaya and were approached by a Thai man; Mr. Samran Meeboot who is working for Pattaya volunteer police.

Mr. Samran asked to see their ID-cards but they refused. They started to quarrel. Mr.Samran disappeared and came back with six men and beat up the two ladyboys severly.
Mr. Samran and his gang stole two mobile phones; one Nokia, one Blackberry phone and 2,000 THB cash plus a black wallet with their their identification cards and one Bangkok Bank ATM card. Thereafter they fled the scene.
The ladyboys went to the police and reported the case and pleaded the police to the arrest the suspects according to the law.
The police knows about Mr. Samran, the volunteer police and has issued an arrest warrant from Pattaya Provincial court to have him arrested as soon as possible.
