Sattahip (September 28, 2011)[PDN]; Pol. Col. Kierttipong Nala, Superintendent Najomtien, Sattahip, Chonburi province was notified from Mr. Kollayuth Makkot aged 31 and Mrs. Supattra Lataen aged 51 of 73 Moo 5 Tambon Najomtien, Amphur Sattahip, Chonburi province, that on September 26, 2011 at 8 a.m. 3 men and 1 woman had come to their house and taken Ms.Yuphadee Samart aged 41, elder sister of Mr.Kollayuth and driven away, later there was a phone call to Mrs.Supattra Lataen, a relative of Mrs. Yuphadee, to bring 244,000 THB to release Mrs. Yuphadee for her gambling debts otherwise she would be taken to Bangkok.

The police team arrested the creditor that abducted Mrs.Yuphadee at Cholratamroong school Sukhumvit road, Tambon Baansuan , Amphur Muang, Chonburi province. They found Mrs. Yuphadee Samart, the victim, and the 3 defendants that were Mr. Narapol or Boy Lekcharoen aged 33, Mrs.Ploenjan Lertmanokul of 55/36 Moo 6 Tambon Baanpuek Amphur Muang Chonburi province, mother and Ms.Kemjira Boonrod aged 30, wife, of 4 Moo 3 Tambon Bangpakong, Amphur Bangpakong Chacherngsao province inside a grey Honda Civic , license number 2 HOR-3323 and arrested all 3 defendants. Mrs.Yuphadee and relatives confirmed that the 3 defendants abducted Mrs. Yuphadee .The police took them along with 3 mobile phones and the Honda Civic car to Chonburi police station. All of the 3 defendants confessed that they had taken Mrs. Yuphadee against her will and making threatening accusations to extort money.
