(September 11, 2011) (PDN) Suvarnabhumi airport police station, Samutprakarn province was notified about new born baby corpse thrown away in the garbage bin by the cleaning staff at the 4th floor departure hall Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
At the at scene in the yellow garbage bin inside a white plastic bag was a corpse of female new born baby, white complexion. With the placenta attached to the navel. The the corpse was covered with a T-shirt. No wounds were detected on the on the body of corpse, but at the baby’s neck a G-string woman underwear was found. The police assumed the baby had died two – three hours earlier.
The police assumes that the baby was born at the airport by a mentally disturbed mother who decided to use the G-string underwear to strangle the baby. The then put corpse in plastic bag and conceal it with a T-shirt and throw it away in a garbage bin.
It has not yet been confirmed if the baby was a Thai or a foreigner. The police will the search for the CCTV footage and proceed with the case according to the to the law.
