Pattaya (September 5, 2011) [PDN] Pol.Lt.Col. Samran Kumwattana, Pattaya Police was notified of an motorbike accident in Soi 10 Pattaya Beach.
At the scene the police found a foreigner of unknown identity and nationality age approximately 40-45, on the tarmac crying with severe mouth injuries and bleeding while walking away from the accident. The police tries to provide first aid. He refuses. But later he collapses and the police send him to Pattaya Memorial Hospital.

Also at the scene of the accident is the motorbike; Yamaha Nuvo, black color, license number NGOR KHOR JOR 771 Chonburi. The police keeps the damaged bike. Beside the bike is the parked back ho which is used for road work in the area.
The witness Mr Parinya Choojan age 30, said that while he was walking on the beach he saw the motorbike trying to break before slamming into the back ho which was parked on road. The witness rushed to call the police.

The police assumes acccident was caused by the biker riding at high speed and not seeing the back ho which did not have a warning light.
