Pattaya Teenager Arrested After Stealing Honda Wave Bike

Pattaya, September 3, 2011[PDN]; Pol.Capt. Thanasit Kaenleum, Pattaya Police investigating a stolen motorbike arrived at Mc Donald's Sukhumvit Road, Central Pattaya and found a teenager named Mr "Korn" age 15 from Chonburi who looked suspicious while pushing a Honda Wave 125 cc motorbike, license number NGOR MOR MOR 410 Chonburi.

The bike was stolen from Soi 17, Thepprasit Road in front of B-Flybird Condominium. The police arrested the youth and the Honda will be returned to it’s rightful owner.

Upon investigation the police found that Mr Jeerawat Sawatsophon age 19, address: 87/12 Moo 8 Tambon Samkor, Amphur Sena, Ayudhaya province, the owner of the motorbike said that he returned from work in a hotel in Pattaya at circa 01:00 hrs on his motorbike. He parked it in front of B-Flybird Condominium. At 03.30 hrs he was notified by the police that his motorbike had been stolen but was found and the thief had been arrested.

The motorbike thief Mr “Korn” confessed that he and his friend Mr “Bank” age 17 also from Chonburi were riding around Pattaya in order to steal bikes, redecorate them and compete in illegal races.

The police has issued an arrest warrant for the other suspect Mr “Bank”. His accomplice Mr “Korn” will be prosecuted according to the law.
