Pattaya, August 8, 2011 [PDN]; Pol.Lt.Col. Sumran Kamwattana Pattaya Police was informed of seriously injured foreign man who fell from the 4th floor of Flipper Lodge Hotel next to Pattaya Police apartments. At the scene, the police found Mr Money Simon, age 27, Australian national, lying down at the ground between the walls of the Flipper Lodge Hotel and Pattaya Police apartment. His body was scratched, his leg was broken, and his neck was sprained and he could not move his his body. A doctor gave him the first aid and took him to Pattaya Memorial Hospital

The witnesses reported to the police that they saw the victim standing and smoking on the balcony of the room. They they did not know how the victim fell.
The police went to the Flipper Lodge Hotel and found that the victim had stayed in room # 422 on the 4th floor. He checked in on July19, 2011. He was alone.
The police assumes that the victim was drunk before entering the balcony to smoke and accidentally fell off the balcony.
However, the police will interrogate the victim after his recovery.
