American Jumps to His Death From 9th Floor of Pattaya Mariott Resort & Spa

An american man leaped to his death from the 9th floor of Pattaya Mariott Resort & Spa. The police found that he did was not a hotel guest and searched for his actual residence to find the motive of his suicide and contact his relatives.

Pattaya, August 8, 2011[PDN]; Pol.Lt.Col, Preecha Samrith, Pattaya Police was informed of the death of a foreigner falling from the balcony of Pattaya Mariott Resort & Spa next to the Royal Garden Plaza,

Pattaya. At the scene, of the 5-star hotel the police found the victim’s body on the balcony of the second floor. The victim was the foreigner, lying down face down on the floor. His his neck and limbs were broken. His passport was discoverd on his body identifying him as Mr Justin Alan Nogosek, age 43, American national. Belongings; cash 100 THB and eye glasses.
Upon investigation, the police found the victim fell from the 9th floor as they found a pair of slippers on the balcony outside room number 930

The hotel staff reported to the police that the victim did not stay at the hotel. The hotel security guard who thought the victim stayed at the hotel saw him walking at around 15:00 hrs. There after, the hotel staff heard something fall onto the second floor with loud sound and found the victim’s body at the scene.

The police assumes that the victim was drunk and had gone to the wrong hotel. But with an intention to commit suicide by jumping from the 9th floor. However, the police will conduct an autopsy to confirm the cause of death, search for his residence, investigate the motive of his suicide and contact his relatives.
