Pattaya, August 4, 2011 [PDN]; Pol.Lt.Col. Nuttawan Sritongpetch, Pattaya Police was informed by a group of foreigners, Lebanese, Pakistani and Iranians to arrest Mr Nashal Muamhad, age 33, Iraqi national who was captured who brought to the police station.
Mr Saed Bajava, 38, a Pakistani national, the victim, reported to the police that the suspect who stayed at the same hotel as the foreigners. Since they were from neighboring countries he became acquainted with the hotel owner and the hotel guests in order to borrow money and rent a motorbike. But without paying back nor returning the bike.

He claimed that he would pay back later. After borrowing money and renting the motorbike he moved to other hotel and did the same.
From each victim he borrowed about 10,000-20,000 THB. The suspect also seized passports from some of some victims for ransom. Later the victims all together found the suspect and took him the police station.
The suspect confessed. He negociated with the victims for paying them back as he did not want to be arrested.

What are the Thai autorities thinking of letting these types of peoples into the country?
They don't have to....so whats the reasoning behind this?
It's getting worse year after year....Arabs and Russians are not helping Thailand.
