Pattaya, 6 June 2011 [PDN]: Police Colonel Teerapon Jindaphol (Deputy Commander of Chonburi Police Department), Police Colonel Somneuk Chanket (Superintendent of Banglamung Police Department) and Pol. Lit. Col Supachat Peammanus (Deputy Superintendent) released to the media that two Nigerian drug criminals had been seized.
Mbaeri Ejike Chinyere, 33 and Nutana (Ann) Wacharapongsalul, 29 were arrested in possession of 10.5 grams and 3.8 grams of Ya-Ice drugs respectively, Pol. Col. Teerapon said.
Pol. Col. Teerapon stated that the capture of Nuntana at her South Pattaya house led to the subsequent discovery of Mbaeri, the bigger dealer agent in Soi Nana, Bangkok.
In an undercover operation, Mbaeri was seized at Chareonsuk 2 Village with possession of 10.5 grams of Ya-Ice drugs stashing in his anus, Teerapon said.
Mbaeri confessed that he purchased Ya-Ice drugs from a major Thai agent and sold them to smaller foreigner as well as Thai agents.
Mbaeri and Nuntana were detained for further legal prosecution.
