“Thailand’s Got Talent” Transgender Contestant Stunned The Judges

“Thailand’s Got Talent” contestant, Bell Nuntita has stunned the judges and audience with her live singing, which subsequently captured over 2 million YouTube viewers who tuned in to watch her audition.

Nuntita “Bell” Khampriranon, a 27-year-old freelance singer, introduced herself as Bell Nuntita on stage. She impressed the judges and audience with her beautiful feminine appearance the moment she stepped into the spotlight. As for her audition, Bell sang two songs that she had remixed herself.

The moment Bell started singing, the audience cheered and clapped loudly at her amazing feminine alto voice, while the judges smiled in agreement. For the next few seconds, the audience enjoyed her singing in silence, while being mesmerized by her talent and beauty.

About 64 seconds into the song, the audience was knocked off their seats as the contestant unexpectedly lowered her pitch to an ultra-masculine bass. The audience squealed when hearing Bell crooned like a man.

By the end of the song, the judges were stunned and the audience erupted with wild cheers and ecstatic applause.

One of the judges was surprised, “Initially, I was certain that you were a transsexual, but once you began singing, I was fooled to think that you were female. After you started the male verse, I should have trusted my gut feeling.”

Bell’s voice was excellent for both genders in her solo duet. She, of course, got all three “Yes” from the judges, receiving a lingering hug from the male hosts.

Bell was one of the thousands of young men in Thailand who also took female hormones and dress as females in a culture called Katoey or Ladyboy.

In an off-stage interview, Bell opened up about her experience as a transgender. She said that she had been ridiculed a lot with people calling her names, but she had to keep it inside the whole time.

“And my dad would not accept me to the point where he hits me so I could change back from being transsexual to being ‘normal’”, she added.

With tears in her eyes, Bell addressed her father through the camera, “I just want to tell my dad that I love him so much and that I can do this”.
