Representative from Thailand won the Best Stage Presence Award for the ASEAN Television Charming 2011 in Vietnam.
The event took place at the Ho Chi Minh City Television Theater in Ho Chi Minh City. There were 20 participants from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Each country was entitled to send two contestants for the competition, who were singers, dancers, models, broadcasters, or editors.

Candidates competed in four categories, namely a traditional costume show, a talent performance, an Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional dress) show, and a formal evening wear show at the finale.
Thailand sent two participants selected by the Foreign Office of the Government Public Relations Department. Apart from Ms. Pollaphat Piriyanasorn, another candidate, Ms. Titayanun Maisuwan from Tourism Authority of Thailand also joined this event.

Ms. Pollaphat showed her talent by dancing Belly dance, while Ms. Titayanun sang the song entitled Khong Khwan Jak Khon Din. Ms. Pollaphat was awarded for her best stage presence.
The competition did not only test the beauty and grace of the contestants, but also offered an opportunity for ASEAN women to demonstrate their knowledge, aptitude for public speaking, and passion for their work in television.
