Same old garbage as every other Pattaya event; the streets are supposed to be closed, but motorcyclists and car drivers exempt themselves without consequences and drive recklessly through the crowds blowing horns. A restroom costs 10 Baht, same old plastic garbage sold by the vendors and they block too much of the walking space making walking difficult and unpleasant.

Come on Pattaya, do it right some time. Arrest people who drive through the crowds on closed streets, provide sufficient room to walk and free restrooms.
