Pattaya, 17th March 2011 [PDN]: At 5 p.m, Police Captain, Narongdet Tanapoonsit, Assistant Suppressing Officer of Pattaya Department, Chonburi was notified that some foreigners had been intoxicated and their properties were stolen at an apartment located in Roi Lang Village, Moo.5, Naklua, Banglamung, Chonburi. The police rushed to the crime scene.

Three naked men had passed out in room No. 611 on 6th Floor. The police found out later that these men were Mr. Angelo Agostino Biagio Guenzi, aged 64; Mr. Raolo Stranges, aged 42 and Mr. Felice Bertolio, aged 57 – all were from Italy. The room was in a messy condition with properties being scattered everywhere. Missing items included 12,000 Baht cash, 2,300 Euro cash, a Seiko watch, a credit card and 2 mobile phones – one worth about 20,000 Baht while the other cost about 40,000 Baht.

42-year-old resident of Burirum, Miss Sampan Phuengkueng, stated that the three victims were friends of her boyfriend. They came to Pattaya four days ago. They met three girls at Dolphin Circle, North Pattaya. The victims took these girls back to their room No. 611 to drink beer until they passed out. The police had reliable evidence against these girls, as obtained from the security camera, recording all 3 suspects and their actions. Furthermore, one of the suspects, left her ID card behind, revealing her identity as Miss Saengduan Wongkhen, aged 33 (resides at 1/2349 Bophit Wittaya School Soi, Bangchak, Phrakhanong, Bangkok). The police planned to find them and charged them.
