Pattaya, 24th February 2011[PDN] At approximately 3.30 pm, Col. Theeraphol Jindaluang, Chon Buri Police Deputy Commissioner, Col. Nunthawut Suwanlaong, Pattaya Police Superintendent, together with his deputies and a taskforce from Chon Buri Transnational Crime Suppression Centre announced the apprehension of two Frenchmen who were members of the ATM Fraud gang. The suspects are Mr. Amirou Benlochi (32) and Mr. Abdelhakin Dekhil (28). They were arrested in possession of incriminating evidence including a red Amari Orchid Pattaya Hotel pass with 2 white stickers attached and a red Amari Orchid Pattaya Hotel pass with a white sticker attached.
Col.Theeraphol Jindaluang revealed that this French gang apprehension had been valid since 15th February 2011 when 2 other members: Mr.Ali Ennouri (28) and Mr.Alexandre Giro Zinno (29) were caught with considerable evidence.

Interrogation with the suspects had revealed that there were 4-5 more members in the gang, leading the officers to track down the other gang members finding Mr. Benlochi (32) and Mr. Dekhil (28) staying at the Eurasia Hotel, Soi Yensabai, South Pattaya, 3rd Road. It was known that they had committed the same offences against elderly foreign victims in various places in Pattaya and Phuket .
Continuing to deny all allegations, the suspects have been remanded in custody pending further prosecution.
