Pattaya, 12th February 2011 [PDN, At 05.00 a.m. the police officials Udom Phonphibun, leader of the group for Crime Supression, Pattaya, was detailed to investigate certain areas where they found transvestites and females trying to sell their services carrying out illegal prostitution, pestering tourists and causing general inconvenience in Walking Street, South Pattaya and Beach Rd Pattaya Nongphrue Banglamung Chonburi. The police then formed troops to raid the areas and arrest the concerned.

Thirty Katoys, at various stages of their metamorphosis, who were illegally servicing the tourists with prostitution, all aged between 20 and 35, were arrested. Most of them looked very much like real women. Five women, who were loitering in Walking Street offering themselves to tourists for prostitution, were also arrested. The suspects were brought to the police station for further questioning and to have their urine tested for evidence of drug abuse. Those concerned were the same faces that had been caught many times before. They were all again charged again with loitering with the intention of soliciting for illegal prostitution.

I think John is right, you really don't seem to know what you're doing nor, even how to properly state a situation. You say "Illegal prostitution" when it should have read prostitution, which is illegal.
Your version sounds like there is a form of "legal" prostitution !
FYI, transgendered people (Katoeys) are a part of the Thai cultural landscape and have been for much longer than ignorant sex tourists - perhaps like yourself?
Wayne why not do everyone a favour and stay in your own country from now on. You really are an embarrasment to yourself and others...
Cheers,
Glenn
