Ingredient:
4 large tilapia fillets
1 small can pineapple, drained and crushed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions:
Place fish fillets in a glass dish. In a small bowl, combine pineapple, soy sauce and green onion. Pour over fish. Cover fish with cling film, venting on one corner of the dish.
Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with salad with couscous or on a bed of rice.
