Pattaya, the 12th of September 2010 [PDN]: At approximately 6:00am, Colonel Somnuk Janket (Banglamung Police Superintendent) and his team, patrolling the area, were notified of a rape at the Paradise Bungalows in Pong, Banglamung. In the vicinity of their patrol, they immediately attended the incident to investigate.
On arrival at the scene, room number 7 at the Paradise Bungalows, officers found the victim, Miss Nuch (alias) [10]. Also, present at the scene, detained by several residents, as the alleged offender Mr. Bungee Pholthaisong [46]. Police found evidence of blood and semen on the bed, consistent with the initial reports that a rape had taken place.
The accommodation manager, remaining anonymous, stated that Mr. Pholthaisong and the young girl, who he announced as his niece, had checked in early on Sunday morning. He stated that he had been conducting a walk of the
premise when he heard the screams for assistance from Miss Nuch, investigating to find the offender in the process of raping the young girl. Stopping the act and detaining Mr. Pholthaisong, he then reported the incident to police.
Under interrogation, Mr. Pholthaisong confessed to the rape, stating that he had been in Bangkhla, Chachoengsao on business when he spotted Miss Nuch at a local temple. He explained that he had pitied the young girl who appeared unhappy, poorly dressed and homeless offering to buy her new clothes. After taking the girl to buy new clothes and a schoolbag, Mr. Pholthaisong explained that he had gone to the Paradise Bungalows for a ‘rest’ as it was late, at which point he raped Miss Nuch before being caught by the manager.
Officers have now remanded Mr. Pholthaisong in custody awaiting further judicial proceedings, while Miss Nuch has been taken to the Banglamung Hospital for examination and treatment.

This little girl has now a ruined childhood so this seriously ill man needs a ruined adulthood.
He should have been dragged behind the pickup in my opinion as letting him sit in comfort is too good for him.
Having vented that bit of fury, I wonder what the victim-care system has to offer the child. That's where are our energy and passions should be directed - not in our own patent ideas of suitable retributio0n - none of which will aid the victim whatsoever.
