I am a girl and was ask to kneel in school

it seems like something we all expected but and it never became reality Now it is so, wonderfully to be well-informed that it is already here!

I had the displeasure of working at this school as an English teacher. It was the worst school I have ever worked at, and I have worked in South Korea, Cambodia, and Japan for three years. This is NOT the only teacher than caned students. I saw at least three other teachers do it.

This sadistic beast needs a taste of his own medicine. I hope a prosecuting judge feels the same way.

Thai law actually forbids corporal punishment in schools. The Thai teachers still do it, but as a Farang teacher I find it unthinkable for cultural as well as legal reasons. I hope this jerk is prosecuted.

People used to think it was necessary to "spank" adult members of the community, military trainees, and prisoners. In some countries they still do. In our country, it is considered assault and battery (sexual battery at that) if a person over the age of 18 is "spanked", but only if over the age of 18.

Child bottom-slapping/battering vs. DISCIPLINE:

Child bottom-slapping/battering (euphemistically labeled "spanking","swatting","switching","smacking", "paddling",or other cute-sounding names) for the purpose of gaining compliance is nothing more than an inherited bad habit.

Its a good idea for people to take a look at what they are doing, and learn how to DISCIPLINE instead of hit.

There is simply no evidence to suggest that child bottom-slapping/battering instills virtue.

When an adult (person above the age of 18) hurts an adult, we call it "assualt". When a man hurts a woman, we call it "spousal abuse". When a child hurts another child, we call it "bullying". When an adult hurts a child, we call it "discipline".

Like to meet him on his own, putting the fear into kids at such a young age is Criminal act. Parents of the Children should be up in arms over this guy and should be banned from Teaching Kids.
Fear is no Key to education.
