Chromatics, the reflection of light at differing frequencies is the science of colors. it's identical anywhere in the World, so why is Pattaya so special. Sounds like a stupid name and a silly excuse to have another tired "festival" and breath life into city that has lost 60% of its tourists in the last 4 years.
