Australian Pedophile Arrested for Rape of a Minor in Chiangmai

Chiangmai police arrest a 90 year old Australian for child pornography and indecent acts of rape on a minor.

Chiangmai, 30th June 2010,  Police Colonel Klitthaphon Yeesakhorn ( Doi Saket Police Superintendent, Chiangmai) held a search warrant in order to raid a suspect’s house, 144/2, Moo2, Maekhue, Chiangmai and arrest an Australian National Mr. Crousekarl Josep [90]. The suspect was alleged to have acted indecently, raping a child under 15 years old. The officer searched the house to find 500 photos of naked girls and 2 dildos among other untoward information on the computer that was impounded for evidence. The suspect was taken to the police station while denying all allegations.

This case came to light after a report was made on 17th June by Mr. Ek (alias), stating that 4 of his children had been indecently assaulted and raped by Mr. Josep. The victim’s father claimed that his daughters: Miss A [14], Miss B [12], Miss C [13], and Miss D [7] were deceived by the offender from September 2009 – December 2009, enticing them to his home before committing indecent acts with them. Mr. Josep again enticed them on the 14th of June 2010 where after committing further indecent acts, he then raped Miss A.

When his children returned home, Mr. Ek found that Miss A was extremely unhappily and quiet which eventually prompted him to ask her what was wrong.

Police Colonel Klithaphon Yeesakhorn stated that the victims were sent to hospital for a medical to examination. Subsequently the officer received the warrant to arrest the offender although he constantly denied the accusations.

All the evidence pointed to Mr. Josep guilt, who is believed to have forwarded the photos to his friends abroad.
