All the American name brand hotels in Thailand are over priced for what you get. Apparently they cater to the ignorant Americans with more money than brains who believe that an American brand must be the best.

the hotel staff are useless, stayed 3 nights found them slow to respond, english is very limited, bagge serivce is slow, check out/ check in is a nightmare, would never stay there again!
