Any well-endowed woman will tell you that large breasts have their perks, but are generally a real pain in the neck, shoulders and back. All women complain of back pain at some point of their lives, and sometimes, it feels like we were born just to keep bending, picking up the kids, picking up after the kids and spouses, picking up the laundry, picking up the shopping. Women seem to be constantly bending, lifting and twisting.
We have these big globes hanging on our frame, pulling us forward whilst our backs retaliate in trying to keep us upright. It is little wonder we suffer so much back and especially shoulder and neck pain. There are stretches and exercises to help with this problem by relieving the pain, but they are not very successful.
Some of us suffer more from backaches as we tend to slouch our shoulders forward, either by poor posture or we are trying to hide our bust line. Well, it is difficult to hold a good posture, when already being self-conscious about the size of our bust line, we are expected to pull our shoulders back and our chest out in the name of ‘good posture’.
Well, we should try to pull our shoulders back, as poor posture eventually causes our backs to become rounded but on the plus side, holding a good posture can make a person look ten pounds lighter.
Painful shoulders are another health problem that results from large breasts. Grooves in the shoulders are caused by the bra straps as the weight of the breasts pull on the straps making them dig into the shoulders. This is seriously painful especially by the end of the day.
Neck and shoulder pain in women with large breasts are caused by the bra straps digging into the trapezius muscle which run from the top of your shoulders up the sides of your neck.
There has been medical evidence to support the women’s theory that the weight of their breasts causes them to have migraine.
Chafing is a skin condition that is caused by skin rubbing against skin or fabric. The most common places for chafing in women with a more than ample bust line is at the sides of their breasts, (due to the over spill of ill-fitting bras), or under their breasts because the band is too large and not resting firmly against the skin. Heat rash is a very common health problem for big breasted women, which occurs when the sweat cannot evaporate because it is trapped by tight fabric.

Although some men find large breasts attractive, they are rather impractical when it comes to play during sex and they become an obstacle as problems can arise like if he wanted to thrust his head between them, he would have difficulty breathing. As the saying goes, ‘more than a handful is wasted.’
In addition to all this, large breasts become an obstacle during sports activities as the motion of the breasts can be painful.
Buying a bra can be a nightmare as many places have only limited sizes so we then have to visit specialist shops where there is a larger choice of sizes and designs, but for this privilege there is a high price to pay.

The breast consists of mammary glands and fatty tissue which as time flies by begins to move downwards in large breasts, making them sag which become more noticeable with age.
Many women, who have suffered with the problems that go hand in hand with large breasts, have gone on to have a breast reduction. Although this procedure helps reduce the burden of problems, and promote a feeling of self-confidence, one per cent of women suffer from side effects that are far from pleasant.

So, sadly, there are no solutions other than breast reduction or having to lump it.
