The traffic and congestion in Pattaya do much damage to the city's reputation and the quality of life there. I'm not talking about doing anything draconian, just simple changes like mandatory bus stops for the baht cabs to improve the traffic flow and minimize the hazards. 1Pattaya really needs to have properly trained traffic engineers look at every aspect of the city’s streets, including whether or not Beach and second road should be one way, and if so in which direction and every other aspect of traffic movement.
