Intoxicated Indian Reveals Genitals on Pattaya Speedboat

A drunken Indian tourist, on a speedboat trip to Koh Larn, took off his pants proceeding to show his genitalia to the other passengers and crew. Taking offence to the act, boat staff subsequently informed the police of the man’s inappropriate conduct.

Pattaya, the 11th of March 2010 [PDN]: At approximately 6:30pm on Thursday, police Lieutenant Colonel Weerawut Meelai (Pattaya Police Investigator) was notified that an intoxicated Indian tourist had committed an indecent and offensive act whilst on a tour speedboat to the island of Koh Larn. Miss Pornsawan Ratsamichot [30] from the Festinum Speed Boat crew notified police of the man’s actions, revealing that he had left the scene and proceeded to the Tiffany’s Indian restaurant opposite Pattaya Beach.

Officer’s arrived at the scene to find the Indian national, Mr. Parmod [36], in a severely intoxicated state. Miss Ratsamichot was present in front of the restaurant to positively identify the offender to police.

Miss Ratsamichot explained that the tour boat had taken a group of 20 Indian men and 4 women to the island of Koh Larn. On the return journey, in a drunken state, Mr. Parmod proceeded to take off his pants and show his genitalia to the rest of the passengers and crew.

Miss Ratsamichot explained that she was a devout Buddhist and Mr. Parmod’s actions were completely inappropriate and disrespectful towards her and the female passengers aboard the speedboat. Further stating that she had warned Mr. Parmod to stop his inappropriate act, to which he continued to walk about the boat naked, much to the laughter and encouragement of the other male passengers.

Police have charged Mr. Parmod with indecent exposure and public drunkenness taking him to the station to pay the resultant fines.

This was all an unfortunate accident.

You see, in Indian culture, who gives a dam what a woman thinks, Men rule supreme just like the police in India. "I man I do." Offending another persons dignity is not a question. He does need to behave himself when out in public though and in a foreign country and respect their laws even though he may or may not agree with them.

Decision,= 1,000 Bt. fine and sent home on next plane and Idian authoritites notified of his arrest and charges. Never to be allowed into the Kingdom again. Do ya think??
