Ladyboy Pickpocket Caught by British National in Pattaya

A ladyboy successfully stole the wallet of a drunken British national in the early hours of Thursday morning, before he was then apprehended shortly after by his victim. The incident occurred in the vicinity of ‘Tuk Com’ computer city, South Pattaya.

Pattaya, the 11th of February 2010 [PDN]: At approximately 5:30am, police Lieutenant Somchai Chaikhananukul (Pattaya Police Investigator) was notified that a foreigner had apprehended a ladyboy who had stolen his wallet outside the ‘Tuk Com’ computer center on South Pattaya Road. A team of police were dispatched to the scene to investigate the situation further.

 

At the scene, police were confronted by Mr. Charles Stanley Nealey (alias) [63] a British National, who had successfully apprehended Mr. Winai Pethman [32] a ladyboy who he accused of having stolen his wallet.

Mr. Nealey (Nealy) explained to police that he had been riding his motorbike home, when he pulled over near ‘Tuk Com’ as he felt too drunk to drive any further. He alleges the Mr. Pethman approached him offering his sexual services, touching and feeling his body before fleeing with his wallet. Mr. Nealey (Nealy) stated that he proceeded to chase after Mr. Pethman, catching him not far from the scene of the incident and informing police.

 

During interrogation Mr. Pethman explained to police that he had committed this offence on 3 prior occasions with the help of a Thai lady friend. He pleaded Mr. Nealey (Alias) to forgive him and to drop the charges, to which Mr. Nealey (Alias) refused. Mr. Pethman has now been remanded in police custody awaiting further judicial proceedings to commence.
