Why offer out excessive assitance to the poorer rural majority? 2. If you confiscate all this money from Thaksin, which he may have used for his covert electioneering; are you allowed to use it to pay back the World Bank loan you have just taken out for your own not so covert electioneering? 3. Do you have great credit with international lending sources because of Thaksin's own accomplishments in repaying the previous IMF loan?
