Human Trafficking: Warrant Issued For Arrest of Woman

Bangkok Court issues warrant for the arrest of woman selling under aged girls into prostitution

Pattaya 7th February 2010 [PDN] Human Trafficking Suppression officers was issued with a warrant on the 22nd January 2010 for the arrest of a prostitute provider who was charged with providing and selling minors. She was discovered selling a 15 year old girl to a foreigner at a room in the hotel Pattaya City and confessed to earning 1500-2000 baht for each sale on a regular basis.

At approximately 1.45am police Colonel Woraphong Thongphaiboon (Human Trafficking Suppression Superintendant) and police Lieutenant Colonel Shusak Kethorng (Human Trafficking Suppression Deputy Superintendant) received a report that the woman, Miss Amornrat Katuei [32] from Khonkaen who escaped arrest was leading two girls aged 12 and 14 years old to sell to foreign customers.

The officers immediately went to investigate along with the team of Human Trafficking Suppression officers. They arrived at the scene to find Miss Katuei leading the girls to deliver them to a foreign customer at the SN Apartments on Pattaya 3rd Road, North Pattaya.

The officers watched the offender as she took the girls via a lift to room 509. Miss Katuei came out of the room alone where upon she was instantly arrested. The officers stormed the room to find the man talking with the two minors beside the bed. He was immediately arrested.

The man was identified as Mr. Michael Borch- Jenson [43] a Danish National. He stated that Miss Katuei offered him the two girls for sex, but he had not yet touched them.

The officer made his report before handing over Miss Katuei to the Human Trafficking Suppression Officer for further judicial procedure.
After the arrest, Police Lieutenant Colonel Kethorng stated that fortunately Miss Katuei was arrested and they were able to intervene before the girls were actually interfered with.

Agreed with Mr Annoyed. Name and shame and what's more, these filthy excuses for human beings are likely to face prosecution and imprisonment in their own country too. They both make me sick, peadophile and trafficker, they should both be locked in a cage of sea snakes and dumped in the chao phraya.
