Sriracha 7th February 2010 [PDN] At 1.00am an officer at the Chon Buri Police Station received information of a shooting at Norng Mai Daeng, Chon Buri. Subsequently the officer reported to Police Colonel Theeraphol Jinduluang (Chon Buri Police Deputy Superintendent) who rushed to the scene along with the rescue foundation officers to investigate.
The officers arrived to find the body of Mr. Ammarin Ieamsa-as [17], a grade 6 student of a high school in Bang Sai, Mueng, Chon Buri. He was wearing black shorts and lying face up. Mr. Ieamsa-ad’s relatives were gathered around his body upset and angry, insisting they would fight for justice and wanted the guilty party punished.
Following police interrogation, it was found that on the way home Mr.Ieamsa-ad and his friend stopped at the gas station where the police Senior Sergeant Major Weenut Nopphakhun (Chon Buri Court) worked part time at the mini mart. A young motorbike driver revved his motorbike heavily, causing the Police Sergeant to become angry.
Subsequently Police Sergeant Nopphakhun chased the youths and pulled out his gun killing Mr. Ieamsa-ad and injuring his friend Mr. Prapat Parnkaew [19] who was transported to Chon Buri Hospital for treatment.
Police Colonel Jandaluang stated that police Senior Sergeant Major Nopphakhun had handed himself in at the station confessing to killing and injuring two youths. Sergeant Nopphakhun stated that he only wanted to threaten and had no intentions of killing them. The Officer will face fair judicial proceedings even though he is an official and has been suspended from further duties pending the outcome.

Oh! sorry we are talking about the police in Chonburi...Wild Wild West. HEY THAILAND DON"T LOSE FACE OVER THIS...! Hell out here they pack there guns with them even after work and intentionally try to provoke a confrontation. Don't worry they will punish him...and transfer him to another mini mart.

I really think that too many people here need some type of anger management training.
The cop should fry for this. No reason to shoot.
